It was literally insane. I was 24 years old, and I felt like I was rich. I could go anywhere, at any time, and had no one to answer to. At a moment's notice, I could book a trip to Brazil, Spain, South Africa, or France. What's more… I'd make money while I was
traveling.

The catch was, I wasn't rich. Nowhere close. Don't get me wrong, I was making good money. I was living in New York City. I could afford to party, eat out, and even save money. But, my time wasn't tied to my money. I was making money in my sleep, and not even trying.

Sounds like the story behind some kind of scam, right? I thought so too.

I never bought into book titles like "The Four-Hour Work Week," "Rich Dad Poor Dad," or "Think and Grow Rich."

I thought they were scammy marketers trying to sell poor saps the dream of getting rich quickly. Real results take decades to achieve and only come at the price of ignoring your friends, family, and lover, right?

When I talked about my job with relatives and family members, they'd raise their eyebrows in surprise. They'd look at me doubtfully and say, "And you can make money at that?"

Of course I could! After all, so many people online were making a killing. In fact, one of the friends that I grew up with was making lots of money with a website that ranked Minecraft servers. This site was getting millions of views a month and here's the catch... he was younger than me.

What I was doing online seemed completely obvious. Anyone could do it. But, when I explained it, I would always get blank stares.

People couldn't comprehend the fact that I was able to set up a blog so easily and rake in cash, even when I was sleeping. I had to be lying or doing something illegal. Otherwise, everyone would be doing it!

This book is going to show you exactly how to start your own blog and turn it into a full-time cash-generating machine. I'm going to give you the keys to the kingdom, which will unlock this entirely new career that you never thought possible.

You'll quickly discover how to get traffic, subscribers, readers, and build up passive income streams. I'll even share with you the most profitable niches online today and how you can get a slice of the pie.

While I'm gonna help you get your career on track, this book is about much more than just your job (or even your passion). It's about freedom. The ability to do what you want, when you want, without a boss lingering over your shoulder.

It's the freedom that comes with being able to take "mini-retirements" and spend months in a foreign country. It's the freedom you'll feel when you don't have to depend on a paycheck to be able to feed your family.

If you are a mother, a father, or just looking to contribute to your family, you'll also find that blogging is a great way to bring in extra income from the comfort of your home.

My name's Sal. I wrote this book and I can't wait for you to get started! Good luck!

Some people are satisfied with their 9-5 jobs, but some people just want to work at home without wearing any pants or angry bosses. This guide is built for us, pantless financial freedom achievers. I loved that this book listed details of the struggle that comes with creating a blog as well as overcoming them. Some of these struggles are struggles that I've been through myself my first two years of blogging. I struggled with monetizing, marketing, and bringing in traffic. The stress that I went through seemed so pointless when I read this guide. I also love how the author assured the reader that making a career as a blogger isn't easy, but it can be simplified.
If you don't want to sit at your desk for hours wandering the internet for answers to why your blog isn't as successful as you envisioned, then you need to read this. Reading this book by itself isn't how your blog will evolve, it's how you apply these principals to your everyday work life. You can't half do this and still get a paycheck. Your income is depending on your actions, with the actions from this guide, you will be able to create an income without leaving your home and obtain financial freedom. As a blog veteran of six years, I still learned a lot from this guide that I haven't learned before. For instance, I didn't know that the headlines of your blog post are what attracts readers before reading the articles. Now I will apply this method to build steady traffic.

I really like and appreciate Salvador Briggman. I listen to his podcast, watch his videos and own, I think, all of his books.

The man is a rich source of accurate, useful and, most importantly, usable knowledge.

When I heard this title was available as an audiobook, I lost no time in ordering it and then listening to it.

It is a terrific book, loaded with useful, actionable information on creating, promoting and managing a blog, evben in this day of Facebook and other social media outlets.

I have, in fact, now listened to it twice and probably will do so again in the future. (I do this with my favorite audiobooks and this immediately became one of them.)

Briggman does his own narration and he's good at it.

I will admit, though, that I almost knocked off a star for what I consider his excessive promotion of a business I presume to be one of his sponsors. In my opinion, he spent way too much time extolling their virtues. Way too much. I'll forgive him for the self-promotion of his own offerings.

I highly recommend this book if you have any interest in blogging for ultimate profit.

Whether you are someone who is considering a career in blogging, or if you just want to learn more about the art of blogging, this is a book that provides the reader with a wealth of information on the subject! As a content writer myself, I plan to keep this book on my list as a resource book, that I can refer to in the future.
Briggman writes as if he is talking to you in person; his details and lessons are very easy to understand and can be very relate-able for your own personal agenda. I enjoyed learning about the different types of blogs, what makes for a good and decent blog, and his advice on grasping the reader with expert writing tips. I especially liked his description of the Passive Income and the Laptop Lifestyle...I've been living the Laptop Lifestyle for a couple of years now, and thoroughly enjoy the work that I do, too!

Insightful book for me as a novice blogger. Salvador writes Blogging for Beginners from a personal perspective, giving tips and tricks on starting a blog and making it profitable through various avenues. I appreciated the openness and transparency of Salvador’s writing and would recommend this book to both those thinking of starting a blog as well as the novice blogger like me.

Salvador writes with such an entertaining and easy-to-understand voice. I really like how he uses his own personal examples to explain concepts in a relatable way. I have been wanting to start a blog for my writing, and Salvador broke it down into easy-to-follow steps. It now seems like a much less intimidating process! Thanks Salvador!

This is a great book that really hits the nail on the head when it comes to teaching about starting a blog. Salvador is always insipering and has great perspective. I reccomend this book to anyone thinking about getting started blogging.

Salvador does a great job in his book, “Blogging for Beginners”, explaining in detail the steps that need to be taken in order to begin a blogging career. He takes you by the hand as he describes the entire process; from how to choose a blogging topic, what topics are the best, how to write a blog to reel in viewers, to how to set up a website for your blog, and many more important insights. All of this information is very helpful to someone like me, who has zero experience in blogging.

I can see how Salvador can come across as highly promoting his services and that of other website development vendors, as another reviewer mentioned. However, for someone like me, who again has zero experience writing blogs and creating websites, this information was actually very helpful. Salvador literally walks you through the entire process of building your own blogging website, he even walks you through what buttons to click on as you are creating the website.

I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking into starting a blogging career, or anyone who wants to blog just to make extra cash. Whatever the reason you want to start blogging, the information and insights provided in this book will serve as a great guide and reference.
